What Happens When You Call:

Arrival & Check-In - When you arrive, head to Door 207 and let our medical receptionist know your child's name, appointment time, and doctor. Please have your insurance card ready so we can get you checked in quickly.
RN Callback (Within 1 Hour) - A licensed nurse discusses symptoms, offers at-home advice, and decides with you whether an in-office or telemedicine visit is best. The nurse then reviews the plan with the physician and calls back if anything changes.
