SPDocs Donates 607 Pounds of Food to Support the Anne Arundel County Food Bank

We’re proud to share that SPDocs recently donated 607 pounds of food to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank to help support neighbors across Anne Arundel County who are experiencing food insecurity.

Food insecurity affects thousands of families in our community, impacting far more than just access to meals. The stress of not knowing where the next week’s groceries will come from can take a toll on both emotional and physical health. In many cases, families facing food insecurity must rely on low-cost, shelf-stable items that can contribute to diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic health conditions.

That’s why organizations like the Anne Arundel County Food Bank are so vital. By providing fresh produce, lean proteins, and other nourishing foods, the Food Bank helps ensure that individuals and families throughout our county have access to the nutrition they need to thrive.
